References to "you", "your" and "yours" are references to the person/member accessing Gulfsurveys.

References to "we", "us" and "our" are references to Gulfsurveys.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms

Gulfsurveys.com is owned and operated by Market Vision. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions and disclaimers of the applicable agreement governing their use. These Terms are to be read by you together with such other terms, conditions and disclaimers. In the event of any conflict, the terms, conditions and disclaimers applicable to specific services shall prevail over these Terms.
1. General
Extent of validity
The member's relationship with Gulfsurveys is governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein. Any changes in the Terms and Conditions will be notified by e-mail. The member is free  to cancel her/his membership if the revised Terms and Conditions are not acceptable. If the member continues to use our services, it means that the member accepts the revised Terms and Conditions.

Extent of service
Gulfsurveys offers its registered members the opportunity to participate in online surveys. Periodically, the members receive   invitations to participate in surveys. Conditions of participation are mentioned in each survey. Each member has the right to accept or decline the invitations to participate.  

Eligibility criteria  
Every person, male or female,  aged 15 years or older is eligible to  become a  member of Gulfsurveys.com. 

User name and password
Each member may only register once and must be responsible for  confidentiality of his/her username and password. In the event of any unauthorized use of Gulfsurveys under his/her username and password, the member must immediately notify Gulfsurveys.  

Privacy Policy  
Members' personal information is of utmost importance to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information. 

Right of cancellation  
Gulfsurveys expects its panel members to follow the Terms and Conditions specified herein. We reserve the right to suspend a member's account, should the member breach these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Participation in surveys  
The number of survey invitations which a particular member receives depends on his/her user profile. General surveys are usually open to all panel members, while specific surveys may be restricted to members meeting a specific profile or usage criteria.

Gulfsurveys will aim to provide opportunities for participation to all its panel members. However, no member has the right to expect a minimum number of survey invitations.

The member agrees to answering all surveys in good faith, providing honest and truthful responses to questions asked during the surveys.

The member agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all information gathered during the course of participation in any survey with Gulfsurveys.
3. Rewards and Awards

The member has an opportunity to receive an incentive or a reward for participating in surveys, as indicated in the survey invitation. This incentive may be  the opportunity to win cash or gift vouchers or merchandize give-aways in a random prize draw or a fixed incentive to all participants. Each survey invitation will specify the incentive offered.   

Only those members who have completed the survey will be included in the draws for prize winners. Members who provide  incorrect or un-useable responses to survey questions will forfeit their chances for earning rewards and awards.  

Cash prizes need to be accumulated up to a minimum value of US$50/- before they can be asked for redemption. Payouts will be made directly into members' bank accounts upon request.

Non-cash prizes and give-aways are sent by postal mail or courier to the member's registered address as specified in the registration form.

4. Cancellation of  membership  
The member may cancel his or her membership at any time.
